Lou and Jackie Cardinale started the Parma Express Personnel office in 1995, and it now employs more than 300 individuals per day in Parma and its surrounding areas, earning $1.2 million in sales in 2006.

 

After 14 years as the Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations, Lou found himself out of work. After struggling to regain employment, he decided to help others who found themselves in a similar predicament.

 

Express Personnel offers temp-to-hire positions in light industrial and clerical fields as well as direct-hire staffing in medical, engineering and scientific fields, just to name a few.
